Hi Crysta is a new generation of Micro/Hybrid light cure composite with a predetermined balance of Micro and Hybrid filler. The balance and choice of fillers have achieved an excellent product in all respects including close to natural shade match.

- Polish tooth with oil free Prophy Paste and select the proper shade
- Minimal cavity preparation, removes any residue amalgam, isolate the tooth and make it moisture free.
- Sandwich technique If cavity is very deep then line the deepest part of the cavity with hard setting calcium hydroxide liner. Then line the rest of the cavity with glass ionomer liner i.e. Restobase. The liner can be laid in thick layers reaching the enamel-dentinal junction. This will reduce the thickness of the composite and help to achieve full light cure thorough out also reduce bulk assist in reducing pressures caused by expansion & contraction of composites.
- Do Acid Etching of the enamel if required.
- Application of Hi-Crysta
Capsules:
- Load the correct shade compule onto applicator. Make sure it is properly fitted.
- Extrude the composite directly into the cavity and avoid any void.
- Fill in increments in 3mm and light cure before adding the next layer.
